During our recent site inspection at Palazzo Talìa, one of the most interesting aspects was the way the hotel connects several periods of Roman history within a relatively intimate property.
Located in Largo del Nazareno, between the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, Palazzo Talìa occupies part of the former Collegio Nazareno. From the busy streets of central Rome, guests enter a quieter setting of historic corridors, frescoed rooms and an internal courtyard.
The hotel opened in 2024 following an extensive restoration, but the building’s history goes back much further.
