We are more a family than a company. We spend many hours working very hard in the office and we like to joke and have fun together. Every day we find an excuse to take a break together and enjoy coffee and a pastry! Our staff is our strength. We are a group of people animated by a great passion for traveling and making people happy by traveling.

Good communication with our clients is the most important thing to us. We build lasting relationships with our clients, working together to create unique products and make our customers happy. As travel professionals we are not only a supplier but personally involved in providing careful advice.

We have been in business since 1985; we started as a classic tour operator, but soon we realized that the future of travel was something else. We are now an experiential tour operator and we customize every service in order to offer creative and amazing, tailor made products. Just like a tailor, we start with loose pieces of travel concepts and work with passion to stitch them together into the perfect journey.

Specializing in F.I.T. and groups market in Italy and Europe, Marcella makes sure each customer’s journey is perfect for them by listening to what they want and giving them helpful suggestions. Our clients always feel very confident when they work with her.
Obstinate, sunny, and ironic, she exhibits excellent taste and she’s always happy to give her colleagues advice about “couture and coiffure”.
Her passions: SHOPPING!!!! And also music, movies, reading and traveling.

Elena is an original “Venetian” girl. She was born and raised on Murano – the “glass blowing” island - for many years before getting married and moving to the mainland.
Patient, quiet, talented, she always says the right words. Very precise and detail-oriented, she loves her job - traveling is one of her great passions – and helping other people to travel.
Her accuracy always amazes and surprises her clients.
She loves dreaming, but she’s always very well-organized and keeps both feet on the ground.
Her passions: swimming (she loves the sensations water can transmit), traveling, her two little twin girls Anna and Agnese.

Alessandra has been part of the Target Travel family for many years. She’s our office manager and knows everything about our everyday work.
Extremely experienced and active – even in her free time – she’s always been working in the tourism industry and she loves organizing our tours in the best way, taking care about every single detail.
Alessandra is a specialist for cultural tourism. She’s always looking for new ideas and programs to propose to her clients.

Gloria is our specialist for Marketing and Social Media, and she introduces us to the rest of the world with professionalism and originality. Her strong point is the very good organization of her work. We always observe that her desk is the most organized one!
Gloria has a bachelor’s degree in tourism and is very passionate about technology and social media. She’s always well informed about all the new trends!
Gloria is the problem solver of the office and she takes care of the logistics of the office.

Her passions: horseback riding, traveling, powerlifting and her cat Merdolino.

Traveling around the world and working for a travel agency has been her dream since her childhood, when, every day, she had fun organizing fantasy trips for her parents.
She’s really obstinate, and thanks to her perseverance she was able to be hired at Target Travel.
Silvia has a bachelor’s degree in cultural tourism and she’s our “mascot”, since she’s the youngest in the office. Thanks to her sunny character, she always brings a smile to our clients’ faces. She is a specialist for religious and cultural tours in Italy and throughout Europe.
Chatterbox, extrovert, and obstinate, she never loses her cool!
Her passions: traveling, flying (any airline), foreign languages, culture and food, shopping and aerobics (although she’s pretty lazy…)
